BSD-5043 Thiophenol-type High-efficiency Antioxidant

Product Introduction

This product is a yellow transparent viscous liquid made from a mixture of phenols and vulcanizing agents through sulfurization reaction and refining treatment. It is a highly efficient thiophenol antioxidant.

Product Features

• Has excellent anti-oxidation and anti-wear properties;
• When compounded with aromatic amine antioxidants, it has good compatibility and antioxidant synergistic effect. Adding 0.5% of this product to the internal combustion engine oil containing amine antioxidants can improve the quality of the oil by one level.

Application Scope and Dosage

It is used to formulate various types of internal combustion engine oil, gear oil and industrial lubricating oil. Industrial oils include turbine oil, transformer oil, hydraulic oil, machine tool oil, etc.

Reference dosage: 0.1~1.0%

Packaging and acceptance

• This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms accordingto customer needs.
• Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164 standard.

Product storage, transportation, and compounding agent blending operations and precautions

• The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other petroleum products;
• When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃;
• Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
• Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using, pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety

• The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
• Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away from children.
• Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire and heat source.
• Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
